copy a baseline of a previous module

We want to START from a baseline of a previous module, foregoing all changes/data coming after a particular baseline, while at the same time retaining the link data in that baseline.

Is there a way to do this?

If you do not care about the Absolute Numbers of the new module being renumbered you can just use the Copy Baseline functionality in DOORS. There is an old kind of buggy kitchen tools script, which will do the same thing, except that it will keep the absolute numbers. I think both scripts should replicate the outlinks.

For more complex szenarios where you want to copy two or more baselines that are linked to each other and you want to retain the links between them, I suggest you take a look at "Branch Manager" for DOORS:

This is a more complete description of our problem:

We have a module with 11 official baselines (0.1, 0.2, 0.3 …. 3.0 ) and the current one (in work).

We need to copy the baseline 0.3 to another module with all information not including any changes after 0.3. All information means the exact clone of baseline 0.3 module with Object Identifier and links and absolute numbers.
